About Me
Kevin Lavering is a seasoned program director, instructor, and conference speaker with a passion for people-centered leadership. Drawing from decades of experience and the wisdom of trusted mentors, he developed the Core Humility approach to help leaders grow with authenticity, courage, and generosity.
When he’s not contributing to strategic initiatives or instructing courses, Kevin enjoys time with his family, exploring the outdoors, playing pickleball, learning to golf, and running—even at his "relaxed" pace.
